The Khaki wearing Comrade-Governor, Adams Oshiomole. Governor Oshiomole has today abandoned his Khahi dress code, donned a clean, well-fitted suit to marry Miss Lara Forte.

The Ethiopian young lady, who is a former model and air hostess, is expected to be the center of focus as former Head of State General Yakubu Gowon, eX-presidents, Ibrahim Babangida, General Abdulsalam Abubakar, and the President- elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari storm the state today to grace the historic ceremony.

Also, expected to arrive the state for the event are APC National leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the party’s national chairman, Chief John Oyegun, Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi, Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State, Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola, Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, other top politicians, captains of industry, labour leaders, the clergy and activists, as well as associates of the governor

Old PA Micheal Taiwo Akinkunmi a.k.a Mr flag man, is know as the man who designed the Nigerian Flag in the year 1959 and was first hoisted in October 1st 1960. Taiwo Akinkunmi who was a student at Norwood Technical College in London where he studied electrical engineering, emerged winner of the National flag design contest, organized by the College. PA Taiwo who was never honoured for designing 'The Nigerian Flag', has been living in a very bad condition all these years.
