Here is the Hotel where hundreds of hardworking Nigerians have been reportedly duped.

Spring Waters Hotels Ltd is located at New Owerri, World-Bank, Owerri, Imo State. This Hotel is reportedly owned by Mr. Daniel Chiwenwa Stephens an indigene of Isiala Ngwa, Osisioma Local Govt of Abia State seconded by Ekeji Peters.

Mr. Uche Chris, who happens to be one of their numerous victims have vowed to Expose their crooked act. He testified that Mr. Daniel put up Spring Hotels Ltd for sales whereas the property has been used as a loan collateral with First Bank of Nigeria Plc.

Some of their numerous tricks are as follows;
[1]. Photocopy of property documents would be shown to their prospective buyer;
[2]. They would compel their prospective buyer to make a down payment as an evidence of seriousness while balance would be anticipated in 3 weeks time; otherwise, they would refund the deposit to the prospective buyer but the reverse have always been the case.

The case has been reported to Ikoyi Office of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in order to cub their excesses.

All prospective investors on Property and Estate are hereby advised to beware of fake dealers.

‘Defend Yourselves!!’ – Yoruba leaders tell South West residents [MUST READ]

The Deputy Chairman, Yoruba Unity Forum, Archbishop Ayo Ladigbolu, has asked the people of the South-West to defend themselves with anything at their disposal to stop the incessant attacks by the Fulani herdsmen in the region.
