President Buhari Unveils Economic Roadmap, Promises 7 Percent Growth Rate By 2020
President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, announced the economic direction of his administration and promised an economic growth rate of seven percent by the year 2020. The announcement was made at the launch of the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP: 2017-2020) at the Council Chambers of the State House, Abuja. In an address delivered at the event, the President said his administration is committed to delivering in three key areas: improving security, tackling corruption and revitalizing the economy.
