Kanu fulfils his bail conditions as Jewish High Priest and Senator Abaribe sign the bail bond . . Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, on Friday, fulfilled the bail conditions granted by the Federal High Court, Abuja. . . The bail condition was perfected through the presence of the Chairman, South East Senate caucus and former Deputy Governor of Abia State, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, a Jewish High Chief Priest, Immanuu-El Shalom and a Chartered Accountant residing in Abuja, Tochukwu Uchendu.  The Jewish Rabbi was flown in from Port Harcourt. . . FG re-arraigns Nnamdi Kanu on 11-count amended charges : Biafra

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu was on Tuesday re-arraigned before Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja. The Federal Government re-arraigned Kanu before Justice Nyako on an amended 11-count charge bordering on terrorism, treasonable felony and publication of defamatory matter, following the withdrawal of the former trial judge, Justice John Tsoho of the same court. Recall that Justice Tsoho had in September withdrew from the ongoing trial of the Director of Radio Biafra over allegation of bias levelled against him by Kanu’s legal team. Following Tsoho’s withdrawal, the case file was transferred to Justice Nyako. At today’s resumed hearing, Kanu, who was re-arraigned alongside Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi, however, pleaded not guilty to the amended charges.
