Hillary Clinton calls Donald Trump a “creep” in her new memoir and describes how the now-president’s behavior during one of their debates made her skin crawl, according to excerpts released Wednesday. “We were on a small stage and no matter where I walked, he followed me closely, staring at me, making faces. It was incredibly uncomfortable,” Clinton, who made history last year as the first woman presidential nominee of a major US party, wrote in her upcoming book, titled “What Happened.” “He was literally breathing down my neck. My skin crawled,” she added, noting that the October 2016 debate at Washington University in St. Louis came just days after the release of a shock audio tape in which Trump was heard bragging about groping women. “What would you do? Do you stay calm, keep smiling and carry on as if he weren’t repeatedly invading your space? Or do you turn, look him in the eye and say loudly and clearly: ‘Back up, you creep, get away from me,'” Clinton steamed. “‘I

This Is Why You Should Stop Eating Avocados Right Now

Image
The Avocado is always referred to as one the most healthy fruits to consume, with easily consumable fatty acids and vitamins K and B5, as well as fiber. The fruit, like some fish and nuts, helps increase the level of good cholesterol in your body. Furthermore, it has been found to contain ‘good’ high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) which has long been found to reduce the risk of heart disease. However, research conducted by the University of Cambridge found that some people have a genetic mutation which means high levels of HDL-C puts them at increased risk of coronary heart disease. People with a rare mutation in the SCARB1 gene, called the P376L variant were found to have unusually high levels of HDL-C, and had an 80 per cent increased relative risk of coronary heart disease. Dr Adam Butterworth, co-investigator of the study said:  “This discovery could lead to new drugs that improve the processing of HDL-C to prevent devastating heart attacks.” The mutation

In a recent interview with Punch, Igbokwesaid Kanu’s method of agitation was dangerous and could breed violence and war. He said, “The late Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu has done his bit, Ralph Nwazurike has done his bit and he is still fighting. Nnamdi Kanu has also joined but his method of agitation is potentially dangerous and frightening. Nnamdi Kanu became popular by abusing other Nigerians – calling Nigeria a zoo, and preaching hate and ethnic bigotry. Hate speech can lead to exchange of hot words, and the next (thing that can happen) is war. Once there is a full-scale war, thousands or millions will die.
